Anthony Chen is an Australian solo and collaborative pianist based in Sydney. After discovering he had a fondness for music and dancing, his parents encouraged him to take piano lessons, where he fell in love with the instrument after hearing a recording of Debussy’s La fille aux cheveux de lin (The girl with flaxen hair).
His musical journey has since led him to competition success, international performances, and to being an acclaimed collaborator and accompanist in Sydney.
Anthony has a love for 20th Century and Contemporary music, and specializes in the music of Claude Debussy. He loves to collaborate with fellow musicians of all kinds.
